New Bi-Monthly Program ( August to November)
As we deepen our meditation practice and connect with our True Self, it’s natural for unresolved, suppressed, or repressed emotions to surface. This is a common and expected part of the spiritual journey. With the right support and guidance, this process can become less overwhelming and more transformative.
To support this healing and integration, I’m planning a bi-monthly program focused on gently healing our vulnerable human aspects while deepening our connection to the grace and love of our Divine essence.
All difficult emotions are a call for Love and Healing, and are helping us move to a life of unconditional Peace and Love. We need to see and let go of these energies to embrace a more fulfilling life. In order to do this, the right healing guidance plays an important role. In this program, you will be taught simple and effective ways of healing difficult emotions.
In this program, we will also explore how to honour the body and include the body in the healing process. Our spiritual path involves embracing our full humanity alongside our Divine, authentic nature.

True Self Meditations
Practices to deepen your connection with your authentic Self.
Self-Inquiry/Contemplation
Guided exploration to uncover deeper truths about your True Self/God/Divine
Belief Exploration
Reflecting on and challenging long-held assumptions and beliefs that shape your life.
Emotional Healing
We will gently work with emotions that may be causing discomfort. Many participants experience meaningful healing during the session itself. Sharing is always optional.
Inner Child Healing
Addressing core wounds related to love, safety, and abundance, often rooted in childhood experiences.
Understanding Spiritual Bypassing
Exploring how avoiding emotional pain in the name of spirituality can hinder both healing and true awakening.
Embodied Healing
Incorporating the body into our emotional and spiritual work to support deeper integration, healing and transformation.
Supportive Group Energy
The shared presence, questions, and insights of the group help create a safe, encouraging, and transformative space for inner work.
Each session will offer a combination of emotional healing practices along with meditations, self-inquiry, or contemplative exercises.
Program Details
Duration: January – December 2026
Schedule: 2 sessions per month (every alternate Sunday)
Time: 7:00 – 9:00 AM PST, 3 to 5 PM London time
Recordings: All session recordings will be shared
Contribution: Sliding scale of USD 80–150 per month (2 sessions)
You pay for 19 sessions and may attend all 24 sessions
Payments can be made quarterly

If you are new to my work, you may join for the first quarter and extend after the first quarter if you choose to.
